We are glad that you have chosen IID Energy to serve your energy needs. If you are new to the area, IID Energy welcomes you to our community. Or, if you have just relocated within the area, we thank you for your continued patronage.

Below is a list of frequently used forms/applications. Please contact our customer service department with any questions.

New Account or Change Service Request

Please complete when establishing new service, or when requesting a change to your existing service. Click here for application instructions.

Life Support Assistance Form

Every effort will be made to provide uninterrupted electrical service to our customers who require a life support system. Complete the form above if you are interested in this service. Please note, your electric bills must still be paid in a timely manner and a physician's statement is required.

Landlord Agreement Form

This agreement provides for continuous electric service when a tenant requests disconnect and the owner/landlord wants to continue service without interruption.

Third Party Notification Form

An account holder may designate that any Final or Delinquent notices be issued to a third party.

EZ PAY Application 

With the EZ PAY program, you can have your monthly electric bill automatically deducted from your designated checking or savings account. To get started, print and complete the authorization form above. Once completed, return the form to to IID Energy along with a voided check. IID Energy will then inform your financial institution of the amount due each month and the bank will automatically deduct that amount from the pre-designated account on the Amount Due By date shown on the lower portion of the statement.

You will receive your bill monthly showing the amount due and the date due. Payments will be itemized on your monthly banking statement. There is no charge to sign up for EZ PAY, but a $20 fee will be assessed to electric bills for non-sufficient funds. If a payment is rejected by a financial institution more than three times within a 12-month period, IID Energy reserves the right to terminate your participation.
