Being prepared for emergencies is something we all need to do and is part of what we do each day at IID. With wildfires in the San Diego region becoming increasingly common, IID customers in the outlying areas of our service territory that are served through the neighboring utility’s electrical system should be aware of the need to be prepared for wildfire season. As your utility, we strongly encourage customers to be ready for all types of emergencies, including fires, earthquakes or other natural or man-made disasters.
