The New Construction Energy Efficiency Program is a non-residential new construction and renovation energy efficiency program that combines an integrated design process with financial incentives for energy savings that are at least 10 percent over current Title 24 requirements.
NCEEP assists customers in moving beyond initial cost considerations towards the realization of long-term energy cost savings through the avoidance of lost opportunities as new non-residential buildings are designed and constructed.
The program's objectives include:
Achieve at least 10 percent energy savings over the current Title 24 requirements
Financially reward energy efficient design and construction
