Operating Norms for IID Board and Management / Back IID - About IID - Building a culture of transparency depends on establishing a foundation of trust.  No employee, section or department is an island at IID.  We will only be regarded as credible outside the organization when we are seen as believable within it.  We cannot lose as a public agency if we are serving the public good.  Information has no value to the organization unless it is accurate and communicated to others (if it isn’t shared, it doesn’t exist).
