(IMPERIAL, CA) – The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors approved a development agreement today between IID Energy, Citizens Energy, the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) and the Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA). The agreement outlines the development work for a 500 kilovolt transmission line from a new Devers Substation to a new LADWP Hesperia Substation.
