The district has a longstanding policy of non-discrimination in matters of employment. This affirmative action policy covers all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruitment, hiring, assignment of duties, promotion, compensation, selection for training, discipline and termination/discharge. The policy applies to all employees and applicants of the district.
