The New Construction Energy Efficiency Program, is a non-residential new construction and renovation energy efficiency program that combines an integrated design process with financial incentives to achieve energy savings that are at least 10 percent above current Title 24 requirements.
NCEEP assists customers in moving beyond initial cost considerations towards the realization of long-term energy cost savings through the avoidance of lost energy efficiency opportunities as new non-residential buildings are designed and constructed.
