directive changes, the Imperial Irrigation District will allow the public to attend this meeting of
the board of directors in person. Each member of the public choosing to attend the meeting

your telephone comments. There may be more than one member of the public on the phone
to address the board of directors. Please exercise restraint and decorum so that everyone
may have an opportunity to speak.

Some or all members of the board of directors may attend this meeting via teleconference in
compliance with AB 361 (2021) and Government Code Section 54953.
