Consistent with the requirements of the State of California and subject to any future health
directive changes, the Imperial Irrigation District will allow the public to attend this meeting of
the board of directors in person.

For those members of the public who choose not to attend the meeting in person, the meeting

Public comment for this board meeting may be made in three different ways: 1) A member
of the public who attends in person may address the board at the El Centro Boardroom; 2)
A member of the public may submit a public comment for the meeting by emailing
comments of 250 words or less to publiccomments@iid.com by 11 a.m. on April 5, 2022;
3) A member of the public may provide comments telephonically during the meeting

comments are regarding an agenda item, please identify the item number in your email
subject line or during your telephone comments. There may be more than one member of
the public on the phone to address the board of directors. Please exercise restraint and
decorum so that everyone may have an opportunity to speak.

Some or all members of the board of directors may attend this meeting via teleconference
in compliance with AB 361 (2021) and Government Code Section 54953.
