Growers should review their water bills and running orders (which they can do through the TruePoint web portal) for accuracy, including volumes, crop type, and acres. This is important for both Equitable Distribution Plan (EDP) purposes and water conservation program calculations.

Apportionments under the EDP have been mailed to water users. Please review them carefully. Any perceived errors must be brought to the attention of the Water Department no later than February 28, 2026.

For water users who have a remaining 2025 apportionment, IID asks that you please take advantage of the Year-End Relief Period.

Further, IID wishes to remind growers of the need to return water to the Clearinghouse and the remaining Take-Or-Pay Relief Periods for 2025, which are:

• November 15–30 (Upcoming Relief Period)
• December 16-31 (Year-End Relief Period)

Water users must submit an offer within the above timeframes to take advantage of the relief periods and return water to the Clearinghouse. Please use the Clearinghouse Relief Period Transfer Form (IID-415B), available online at www.iid.com/edp, or use the TruePoint web portal accessible at mywateraccount.

During each relief period, IID will accept up to 7 percent (7%) of any farm unit or water user’s accepted apportionment offered to the Clearinghouse to fill water requests by other users.
