IID billing system to undergo maintenance this weekend
To ensure the integrity of its customer accounting system, Imperial Irrigation District’s bill payment system will undergo necessary support upgrades this weekend.
Due to the maintenance work, bill payment and customer account information will be unavailable starting at 6 p.m. Friday, December 7. This includes billing and account services normally provided over the phone by the Customer Call Center, through the IID Connect mobile app, the IID website and at all payment locations.
Full services are expected to return by 2 p.m., Sunday, December 9.
During this time, however, customers can contact the IID Call Center to report an outage or emergency at 1-800-303-7756 or 1-760-335-3640.
The district appreciates the public’s understanding and patience as it works to maintain its customer support system.
