Imperial Irrigation District offers online auctions for the sale of surplus goods. Surplus sale items for bid may include office furniture, electronics, power tools or other equipment. These items will be posted online as they become available. Once you create a personal profile, you can download information documents on the items listed and place a bid. Complete instructions, usage and online auction sales terms and conditions are posted on the auction website.

To start: interested parties should create a personal profile on our bidding website. When setting up your profile, enter your company name in the ‘Company Name’ field (enter your own name in the ‘Company Name’ field if you do not have a company) and your personal name in the ‘Name’ field. When entering your profile information please choose vendor category “2210 - Auction (IID) / Salvage” under the AUCTIONS section so that we can contact you with newly posted auction items. 

Please be sure to read the complete online auction sales terms and conditions document posted on our auction website to understand all rules and conditions that will apply to surplus sales and use of our auction website. Please note that you are subject to IID’s online auction sales terms and conditions when you create a profile or by placing bids on auction items.

On the first business day following the close of an auction, if you were the high bidder, you will be notified by email. Following the close of the auction, you will have five business days in which to make full payment and pickup your auction item. California Sales Tax will be added to your final bid price.
