IID remains open for business, continues to deliver essential services

Imperial Irrigation District wishes to remind the public and its customers that it remains open for business and its work continues during the coronavirus pandemic.

Imperial Irrigation District wishes to remind the public and its customers that it remains open for business and its work continues during the coronavirus pandemic.

As a critical service provider serving upwards of 155,000 electric accounts in the Imperial and Coachella valleys and delivering water to nearly a half million acres of irrigated farmland, cities and industries in the Imperial Valley, IID remains staffed to provide reliable power and water services.

The list below includes easy to access information for customers that need to conduct business with IID.

Customer Service Walk-In Centers

IID’s customer service walk-in centers remain open. Operating hours are:

  • Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Fridays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Several authorized pay stations are also available to accept in-person payments.

Customer Service Call Center

Representatives are available from 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, toll-fee at 1-800-303-7756.

IID Customer Connect

Customers may also visit the IID Customer Connect web portal (https://myaccount.iid.com/portal/) to update account information, make payment arrangements, connect/disconnect or transfer service and more.

Other Contact/Payment Alternatives

  • Energy customers may also use the IID mobile app, IID Connect for account information, check outages and make a payment.
  • Customers may also drop payments off at walk-up secure payment boxes at an IID customer service center.
  • Customers may mail payments to Imperial Irrigation District, P.O. Box 937. Imperial, CA 92251-0937.

Water Customer Service

For irrigation information or a water emergency, customers can contact their local Water Division Office, 5:30 a.m.-5 p.m., seven days a week. IID also offers water customers an on-line bill payment option at (https://mywateraccount.iid.com/).
