Make the switch to paperless billing

Woman signing up for paperless billing on laptopIf you’re looking to reduce the amount of paper you get in the mail, consider switching to paperless billing and get monthly email notifications when your IID bill is ready online so you never miss a payment.

Your paperless IID bill is identical to your paper IID bill. Get started by logging into your IID Connect account (or create one quickly at https://myaccount.iid.com/portal/ or through the IID Connect mobile app).

Web users
Once signed in online, please click “My Account” then “Settings.” Under Notifications, make sure the box is checked for “Billing” and select “On” next to Paperless Bill. Then click “Save.”

Mobile app
Once signed in, tap on the bottom right “More”, then tap on “Settings,” “Paperless Bill,” “On,” and “Update.” Then tap the back arrow, select “Billing.” Make sure email is toggled on, then tap “Save.”

It’s that easy. After you’re signed up you will receive an email when your account has a new bill. You will also have access to view up to 24 months of your billing history. If you like, you can easily switch back to paper bills at any time.
