District updates IID Customer Connect web, mobile experience

IID has upgraded its Customer Connect online web portal and mobile app.

The upgrades were conducted in August/September 2021 to enhance the security of customer information.

No re-registration required. Your current username and password will work just fine. Get the updated mobile version for Android and iOS devices from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Note: For the best desktop web viewing experience with the IID Customer Connect portal, please use Chrome or Edge.

New to IID Customer Connect?
Many of the features offered on the web portal do not require a user name or password; however, anyone trying to access specific account information will be required to register using their account number, email address and last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
