There may be more than one member of the public on the phone to address the board of directors. Please exercise restraint and decorum so that everyone may have an opportunity to speak. Because this is a special meeting, you may address the board only on the items appearing on the agenda for this meeting. Pursuant to Executive Order N-25-20, some or all of the members of the board of directors may attend this meeting telephonically.
