Villa Ave. north lane closed Feb. 21-26

The City of El Centro and IID’s Southend Division will be pipelining a portion of the North Date Canal to improve safety in the area.

The City of El Centro and IID’s Southend Division will be pipelining a portion of the North Date Canal to improve safety in the area.

Traffic on Villa Ave. and Villa Lane, in El Centro, will be impacted. During construction, the north lane of Villa Ave. will be closed. Villa Lane, located north of the North Date Canal, will be closed to both lanes of traffic.

The project schedule and maps are below:

  • Start Date: Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016
  • Hours: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Completion Date: Friday, Feb. 26, 2016
