It’s important to know how much energy, in terms of kilowatt hours, you consume annually. This will help you and your contractor determine the size of system you would like to install. You can request your consumption history by calling IID at 1-800-303-7756 or by email customerservice@iid.com.

Before you sign any contract, know what percentage of your annual energy consumption you can expect your system to offset. You don’t want any surprises with your monthly electric bill. Know what to expect.
