IID's annual consumptive use volume is capped under the terms of the QSA. On October 28, 2013, the IID board adopted Equitable Distribution Plan regulations to apportion the available annual water supply to customers. The water card allows the Water Department to acquire the essential information to manage the district apportioned supply.

These cards should be used for Agriculture, Municipal, Industrial and Service Pipe accounts.

IID asks customers to retain a copy of their water cards. Completed cards should be returned to:
