As the Imperial Valley grows and as its economy diversifies so do the function and role of IID’s Water Department. By implementing extraordinary conservation projects, developing innovative efficiency measures and utilizing progressive management tools, the Water Department is working to ensure both the long-term viability of agriculture and the continued protection of water resources within its service area.
